Today I will be reviewing PenBBS #279: Glimmers Through Still Water. This is a light blue, shimmery ink.
Swabs:
This ink had medium shading and no sheen. It is an unsaturated grayish-blue with gold glitter.

This ink had a long dry time at 60 seconds and high water resistance.

This ink had a dry flow. The glitter is light and difficult to see.
Overall: PenBBS #279 is a light, shimmery blue with a dry flow.
