Ink Review #334: De Atramentis Standard Dark Blue

 

Today we’ll be reviewing De Atramentis Standard Dark Blue.

Swabs: 

 This ink is a dark navy (almost blue-black) with low shading and medium sheen. It is similar to Bungubox x Zodiac Libra and Sailor Sou Boku but is lighter than Taccia Ao-Guro. 

Dry Time/Water Resistance: 

Tomoe River Paper 52 gsm

This ink had an average dry time at 20 seconds and is waterproof.

Writing Sample: 

Tomoe River Paper  52 gsm

This ink had a wet flow.

Overall: De Atramentis Standard Dark Blue is a water-resistant navy with a wet flow.
