Ink Review #213: Sailor Sou-Boku

 

Today I will be reviewing one of my favorite work inks. Sailor Sou-Boku is a nano-pigmented waterproof blue-black. It’s perfect for the office as I don’t have to worry about coffee/water spills.

Swabs: 


 
This is a blue-black ink with medium shading and red sheen.

 This card summarizes why I like Sou-Boku so much—a moderate dry time combined with high water resistance.

This ink had an average flow.

Overall: Sailor Sou-Boku is a smooth, waterproof blue-black ink.
