Today we will be reviewing Vinta Pastel Blue Julio, the counterpart to Vinta Pastel Julia 1991. These inks are named after the animated show The Twins of Destiny.
Swabs:
Julio had medium shading and silver glitter. It is a pale blue with purple/pink undertones.
