Today I will be reviewing Parker Quink: Blue Black. Parker is an American company that has produced fountain pens and inks since 1888. Their Quink inks (an abbreviation for quick-drying inks) were created in 1931.
Swabs:
Parker Blue Black had medium shading and no sheen. The color is a shade or so darker than a ballpoint blue.
