Today I will be reviewing Tono & Lims Chiba: Brimming with Vitality from the Prefecture Line.

This ink is an egg-yellow with no shading or sheen. It is similar to Rohrer & Klingner Helianthus Sunflower.

This ink had a longer dry time at 30 seconds and medium water resistance.

Overall: Tono & Lime Chiba: Brimming With Vitality is a golden yellow with an average flow and no shading.
