Ink Review #412: L'Artisan Pastellier Callifolio Cassis

Today I will be reviewing a new ink company! Callifolio inks are produced by a small France company, L'Artisan Pastellier. These are non-corrosive water-based inks that can be used in both modern and vintage fountain pens. Cassis is a grayish purple.

Swabs:

This ink had high shading and no sheen. The color is gray-toned purple that leans more towards gray. It is a close match to Tono & Lims Breakthrough. Other gray-purple inks that fall within the same color group are Robert Oster Summer Storm and Robert Oster Sydney Lavender (though these are a few shades off).

This ink had an average flow.

Overall: I had a great first impression from Callifolio and hope to review more colors soon! Cassis is a muted purple with an average flow.
