Today I’ll be reviewing Kala Nostalgia Neon Dude. This is marketed as a “neon” blue but it looks more of a sky blue to me.

This ink is a light blue with medium shading and no sheen.

This ink had a slightly wet flow.
Overall: Kala Nostalgia Neon Dude is a sky blue with medium shading.
