Today I am so excited to be reviewing the Kala Nostalgia Tribute to Neon collection! This series was inspired by the vivid colors of the 60s and 70s.
Swabs:
This ink has low shading and no sheen. As it dries, it develops a shine similar to a thin layer of paint. The color is fluorescent Barbie-girl pink.

This ink had an average dry time of 30 seconds and is waterproof.

This ink had an average flow. The color is juuust dark enough to be legible, though it would be better off as an accent ink.
Overall: Foxy is a waterproof neon pink with low shading.
