Ink Review #321: Monteverde Gemstone Fireopal

Today we’re taking a look at a Monteverde ink from their Gemstone collection. Monteverde inks are lubricated to prevent drying out/skipping in pens.

Swabs:

This ink had high shading and no sheen. It is a fiery red-orange that’s a shade darker than Taccia Ukiyo-E Sharaku Koiame.
