Today I will be reviewing Robert Oster Enchanted Ocean. This is a steel blue with glitter and sheen.
Swabs:
This ink had no shading, medium sheen, and silver glitter. The color is a medium blue with green and gray hues.

This ink had an average dry time at 25 seconds and medium water resistance.

Shimmertastic Enchanted Ocean had an average flow. The glitter does not smear off and makes the ink cool-toned. It’s difficult to describe this color but It looks like a combination of gray, blue, and teal.
Overall: Enchanted Ocean is a dark teal-blue with gray undertones.
