Ink Review #196: Tono & Lims No. 4 U & I Tonacha Green

 

Today is our first non-Sailor ink. We will be reviewing Tono & Lims No. 4: U & I Tonacha Green from their Standard Line.

Future posts will include Dry Time/Water Resistance! Many thanks to those of you who reached out with feedback.

Swabs: 


 
This ink had high shading, and no sheen. The color is a gentle blue with a slight hint of green.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had a moderate dry time, around 20 seconds, and medium water resistance.

Writing Sample: 

Tomoe River Paper 52 gsm

 

This ink had a slightly dry flow.

Overall: Tono & Lims No. 4: U & I Tonacha Green is a delicate gray-blue with lots of shading.
