Today we will review Sailor Studio 740.
Swabs:
This ink had a quick dry time, no shading, and high sheen. This is a royal blue that glimmers in the light. The color resembles Diamine Sargasso Sea.

This ink had a dry flow. I experienced a few hard starts while using this ink.
Overall: Sailor Studio 740 is a very dry, bright blue.
