Ink Review #82: Troublemaker Hanging Rice

Today I will be reviewing an ink that I've looked forward to for a while now. I love yellow-green inks such as Rohrer & Klingner Alt-Goldgrun, or Diamine Safari. Hanging Rice is a bamboo green that leans towards yellow. The name refers to a method of cooking rice called "pusô", where the rice is wrapped in palm leaves and cooked outdoors. The word "puso" translates to "heart" in English.

This ink had a fast dry time, high shading, and no sheen. The color transitions from a deep olive to chartreuse.

This is a beautiful shade of green. I love the shading and have used it at the office. My only complaint is that the ink sample ran out too quickly!

Overall: I am fond of this color and will repurchase it again. I'm looking forward to reviewing the rest of the Troublemaker ink line!
