Ink Review #98: Sailor Studio 130

Today we start our dive into the pink Sailor Studio inks (130, 230, 530, 730, 830, and 930). Sailor 130 is the palest of the group and is a light pink.

Swabs:

This ink had a moderate dry time, high shading, and no sheen. The color is initially tinged salmon/coral, but dries to a baby pink reminiscent of sakura flowers.

This ink had a wet flow and was perfectly suited for my finicky Nakaya soft medium nib. The ink is rather light and would be difficult to read with extended writing.

Overall: This is a pure pink with plenty of shading.
